Customer, as named on the Master Service Agreement, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for Cloudwyze, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “CloudWyze”) to provide products and services to Customer. Each agreement for products and services provided by Cloudwyze is subject to these terms and conditions.

These Velocify Master Service Agreement Terms and Conditions set forth an agreement by and between Velocify, Inc. (“Velocify”), a Delaware corporation, with offices at 222 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Suite 1800, El Segundo, California 90245 and the person or entity identified in a Velocify Order Form (“Customer”). By entering into a Velocify Order Form, which identifies the products and services that Customer is purchasing, Customer agrees to these Velocify Master Service Agreement Terms and Conditions, which upon acceptance of the Order Form by Velocify, together constitute an agreement between Velocify and Customer (collectively, this “Agreement”). If an individual enters into an Order Form on behalf of a company or other legal entity, then such individual hereby represents and warrant that he/she has the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
