This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) is made and entered into as of the date the last authorized signature is affixed hereto by Air Duct Solutions, LLC, (“Contractor”) and Virginia Commonwealth University, a corporation and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia, (“VCU”). Contractor and VCU are sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
