THIS MASTER SOFTWARE SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR ACQUISITION AND USE OF TRIGGERMESH, INC. (“TRIGGERMESH”) AND ITS LICENSORS’ SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND ANY ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION LISTED ON AN ORDER SIGNED BY YOU. CAPITALIZED TERMS HAVE THE DEFINITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT BY (1) CLICKING A BOX INDICATING ACCEPTANCE, (2) EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, OR (3) DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING TRIGGERMESH SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE, AND YOU MUST DELETE OR DESTROY THE SOFTWARE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TRIGGERMESH MAY REMOTELY DISABLE THE SOFTWARE.
