This Master Sourcing Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 7 February 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Incorporated (“IEEE”), a New York not-for-profit corporation with offices at 445 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, New Jersey 08855-1331, on behalf of the Oceanic Engineering Society (“OES”), The Marine Technology Society ("MTS") located at 1100 H St NW #100, Washington, DC 20005 (IEEE and MTS together herein the "Organizers"), and The Coulter Companies, LLC dba MCI USA (“Sourcing Company”) with offices at 7918 Jones Branch Dr, Suite 300, McLean, VA 22102.
