This contract shall be awarded in total for all areas. The successful bidder shall issue both a certificate and a wallet size card to all candidates upon successful completion of all aspects of the training. Both the certificate and the card shall contain the name and logo of the training/learning institution or agency. Under no circumstances shall the trainer issue the certificate or the card should a participant fail to complete the course.
