This Master Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between You (either an individual person or a single legal entity, who will be referred to in this Agreement as “You” or “Your”) and Member Solutions Inc. (“MSI”) for the online usage of MSI’s software, which includes all software components, services and web pages accessed via www.membersolutions.com (collectively, the “Service”). BY CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON DISPLAYED AS PART OF THE ORDERING PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
