This Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment”) to Contract No. 2021-BUS-1026 dated December 16, 2021, (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of last signature below (“Effective Date”), by and between Carahsoft Technology Corp. (“Vendor”), and the State of Iowa, acting by and through the Iowa Office of the Chief Information Officer (“OCIO” or “State”). Vendor and the State may be referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.” Any defined terms used in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as given it in the Agreement, unless otherwise stated herein.
