THIS AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made and entered into on (Effective Date), by and between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, a municipal corporation duly created, organized, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Tennessee, (METRO), and , a duly created, organized, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of (hereinafter, Licensee).
