This Master Tenant Lease Agreement (this “Lease”) is made and entered into on the Effective Date (as defined in Section 1.1 below) by and between the City of Mesa, an Arizona municipal corporation “Landlord”), and the Tenant (as defined and identified in Section 1.1).
