LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), and VALERO MARKETING AND SUPPLY COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“Customer”). Recitals WHEREAS, Company (individually or through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries) owns and/or operates multiple facilities for the storage, terminalling and handling of petroleum products and other commodities; and WHEREAS, Company and Customer desire to enter into this Agreement to memorialize the terms and conditions whereby Customer will deliver, or cause to be delivered, petroleum products and other commodities to the terminal facilities for storage, handling and re-delivery, and Company will provide such services for Customer.
