These Master Terms and Conditions for License and Services (these “Master Terms”) are entered into between the undersigned entity (“Customer”) and Vertafore, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively “Vertafore”), effective as of the latest date of execution of these Master Terms by Customer and Vertafore as shown on the signature page hereof (the “Master Effective Date”).
