This is a contract and license agreement between you and National Stormwater Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, whose main place of business is 2282 Killearn Center Blvd, Tallahassee, Florida 32309, U.S.A. (“NST”). NST is in the business of providing you, or the entity that you own, work for, or are otherwise affiliated with (collectively “you” or “your”), stormwater consulting services, engineering services, monitoring, management, operation and maintenance, research, SaaS, sales, leasing, and development services. NST also is involved in (directly or under subcontract) document, data management, and permit management services and web portals for such services.
