This Agreement is made this day of , 2023, between the County of Kent (“Kent”), by and through its Board of Commissioners, and the County of Ottawa County, by and through its Board of Commissioners (“Ottawa”). The Agreement coordinates the materials handling fees of solid waste generated from with Kent County and permanently disposed within one of the two landfills located within Ottawa County.
