In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facility Agreement and Assignment Of Sale And Purchase Agreement (1st Party) both dated 18th March 2022, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors/Borrowers and OCR Noble Land (The Pono) Sdn Bhd (‘the Vendor’) dated 20th January 2022, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
