The issuance of the Maybank Platinum Card (hereinafter referred to as “the Credit Card”) by Malayan Banking Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “Maybank”) to the Cardmember and the use of the Credit Card by the Cardmember shall be subject to the following terms and conditions made known to the Cardmember at the time of application for and/or at the time of delivery of the Credit Card. These terms and conditions shall be binding on the Cardmember immediately upon acknowledgement of the receipt and/or use of the Credit Card by the Cardmember.
