This Measurement and Associated Services Master Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into effective as of ____________ 1, 1999 (the "Effective Date"), between MetER Acquisition Company, L.P., a Texas limited partnership ("Contractor"), and HOUSTON PIPE LINE COMPANY, a Delaware corporation ("Customer"), each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties." The General Provisions, including the definitions, set forth in Appendix "1" shall apply to this Agreement.
