The Licensee intends to produce a compilation Compact Disk featuring up and coming B.C. artists for presentation to local and international music supervisors and generally by Music BC Industry Association internationally to the music industry (the “Compilation”), and desires to acquire a master use license for promotional purposes only from the Owner.
