This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this July 1, 2020 (the Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF CHARLOTTE, (the “City) through the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) of the urbanized area (UZA), the Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (“CRTPO”) and (AWARDEE) COUNTY, NC, through its public transit department, the (Awardee) County Transportation (“ (Awardee) ”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for a transit project for fixed-route evaluation and community outreach.
