This agreement is between Marcum Media, LLC located at 11811 N. Tatum Blvd, Suite P-155, Phoenix, AZ 85028 hereby referred to as "MM" and AmerElite Solutions, located at 2429 S 51" Ave, Suite 101, Phoenix, AZ 85043 hereby referred to as "Client". The nature of this agreement is to enter into a media buyer/consultant-client relationship between MM and said Client for Client's direct response marketing campaign.
