THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Contract” or the “Agreement”) is made this 12 day of June, 2013, by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the Office of General Services (OGS), whose office is on the 41st Floor, Tower Building, Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Krackeler Scientific, Inc. having its principal place of business at 57 Broadway, Albany, New York 12202 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
