This Member Event Participation Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs registration for and participation in the event you selected during the online event registration process (the “Event”). This Agreement is entered into between Car Connectivity Consortium LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CCC”), and you (“Your” or “Participant”), the individual listed in the Event registration form, on behalf of yourself and the CCC member company under which you obtained your user account (“Member Company”). This Agreement also governs the terms of participation of others who participate in the Event as registered participants (collectively, the “Participants”). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING TO INDICATE THAT YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO BIND THE MEMBER COMPANY AND THAT YOU AND MEMBER COMPANY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
