This Membership Commitment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is an agreement entered into by and between Bluetooth SIG, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Bluetooth SIG”) and the Company identified in the “Company’s Legal Name” field on the membership application (“Company”) submitted by you (the individual that completed and submitted the membership application) to Bluetooth SIG. This Agreement will become effective upon the date that Bluetooth SIG issues a written notice to you (which may be delivered by email) that Company’s membership application has been accepted by Bluetooth SIG (“Effective Date”).
