This Membership Interest Sale and Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Priel Maman (the “Seller”), Level Brands, Inc. (the “Buyer”), and Beauty and Pin Ups, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (the “Company”), as of April 26, 2017.
