Contract Type FiledMay 17th, 2016For any and all merchandise released into your possession for a 48 hour period (“trial period”), you agree to either: (1) purchase the released merchandise by or before the end of the trial period or; (2) return the merchandise in the same condition it was in when it left our store premises. The condition of the merchandise shall be determined in the sole discretion of Pegaso Gallery Design. You further agree that Pegaso Gallery Design may charge your credit card for the full amount of the merchandise if the trial period has been exceeded and/or if the merchandise is not returned in as good condition as it was when it left said premises.
