THIS AGREEMENT, hereinafter called the "Contract," made and entered into, by a nd between the REGIONAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AUTHORITY, a Nebraska Interlocal Agreement Agency, hereinafter called "Region V," and Mental Health Crisis Center of Lancaster County, hereinafter called the "Network Provider," as a member of Region V’s Behavioral Health Provider Network, hereinafter called the “Network.”
