This Mercatus Platform and Services Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Mercatus, Inc. a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 400 Concar Drive, Suite 04-121, San Mateo, CA 94402 (U.S.A.) (“Mercatus”) and the party identified in the Service Order that signed up to access the Platform and Services (“Customer”). Mercatus and Customer are referred to from time to time together as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
