This Merchant Acquiring Accession Agreement form is a standard (typical) form. The terms of this Merchant Acquiring Accession Agreement are defined in a standard form and can be accepted by Merchant (hereinafter referred to as the “Merchant”) only by signing the Accession Agreement (Annex 1 to the Merchant Acquiring Accession Agreement). The Merchant Acquiring Accession Agreement is an Agreement of Accession made in accordance with Article 389 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the Bank. In this case, the Accession Agreement (Annex 1 to the Merchant Acquiring Accession Agreement) and the Merchant Acquiring Accession Agreement represent a single document.
