THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and between Moneris Solutions, Inc. (“Moneris”), Harris N.A. (“Harris”), and “Merchant,” whose name, complete address, business organization, and type of business are stated on the Merchant Bankcard Application, is entered into as of the date it is accepted by Moneris, as such date is set forth immediately following Paragraph 28 - Law on the Merchant Application. Harris is a Member Bank (as defined below) and Moneris is an affiliate of Harris. In consideration of the premises set forth herein, Harris, Moneris, and Merchant hereby agree as follows:

This Amendment by and between Woodforest National Bank (“BANK”) and MERCHANT, the name of which is set out below, shall become effective on the date executed by a duly authorized representative of BANK.
