(“Effective Date”), by and between American POS Alliance, LLC (“Reseller”) and the merchant identified in the signature box below (“Merchant”). Reseller provides payment gateway and related services to merchants. Merchant desires to obtain the payment gateway services from Reseller. Therefore, for adequate consideration the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
