This Merchant Integration Agreement (such agreement, together with all exhibits attached hereto, the “Agreement”), is effective as of data of submitted online application (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Rotomaire, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices located at 101 Crawfords Corner Road Holmdel NJ 07733 Suite 4116 (“BANYAN”) and Merchant, a state corporation/LLC/etc as mentioned in the online application, with an address mentioned in the online application (“Merchant”). Banyan and Merchant are each referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
