IMPORTANT Please read very carefully the terms and conditions herein and only use your Card if you are agreeable to the terms and conditions herein. By using your Card, you shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and shall be bound by them. GENERAL In consideration of Merchantrade Asia Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 410591-T) (hereinafter called “Merchantrade”) agreeing to make available the Card to any Cardholder, the Cardholder hereby agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 1. DEFINITIONS 1.1 In this Agreement, the following words and expressions shall have the following assigned meanings, unless the context otherwise requires: ‘3D Secure’ means the secure protocol designed to ensure enhanced security and strong authentication for the Cardholder when the Cardholder uses his/her Card for online purchases that require OTP.
