This Agreement (" Agreement'' or "ILA'') Is made and entered into by and between Dallas College ("Dallas College" or "College"), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, and Mesquite Independent School District ("School District''), a Texas independent school district, on behalf of Horn High School, Mesquite Academy, Mesquite High School, North Mesquite High School, Poteet High School, West Mesquite High School, and Vanguard High School ("High School"). The High School and College may hereafter be individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties." The Parties enter into this Agreement pursuant to the following terms and conditions:
