The undersigned (the “Customer”) hereby requests that Bank of Montreal and its affiliates (together called “BMO”) act on instructions or information received, either verbally by telephone, or by a fax transmission on the Customer’s letterhead signed on behalf of the Customer (a “Message” or “Messages”) subject to the terms and call back arrangements (the “Call Back Arrangement”) contained herein. For greater certainty, “Messages” does not include instructions or information received by email, and BMO will not accept or act upon email instructions or information under this Agreement. In consideration of BMO so doing, the Customer agrees as follows:
