This license and release agreement (the “Release”) is entered into by the individual named below (the “Participant”) with Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Inc. d/b/a ReedPop and MCM Expo Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reed Exhibitions Limited (collectively with its subsidiaries and affiliates, including any future affiliates, “ReedPop”) as of the date specified above.
