This Methane Mitigation Project Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of the day of December, 2023, by and between Qnergy International Services LLC located at 300 West 12th Street, Ogden, Utah 84404 (“Qnergy”), and Weber County, located with headquarters at Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd; Ogden, Utah 84401 (“Weber County”). Qnergy and Weber County are referred to herein together as the “Parties” and singly as a “Party”.
