This Professional Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (“CMHA”) a body corporate and politic, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio and Contractor for the purposes of Contractor providing Healthcare Brokerage Services. Hereinafter, CMHA and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
