THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2024, by and between the GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of Georgia, hereinafter called the "DEPARTMENT", and the Augusta-Richmond County Government responsible for Augusta Regional Transportation Study (ARTS) as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia, hereinafter called the “DESIGNATED AGENCY".
