as of , 2023, by and between Sunnydale Block 3A Housing Partners, L.P., a California limited partnership (“3A Residential Developer”), Sunnydale Commercial LLC, a California limited liability company (the “3A Commercial Developer,” and collectively with the 3A Residential Developer, the “3A Developer”) and Sunnydale Block 3B Housing Partners, L.P., a California limited partnership (“3B Developer”). The 3B Developer and 3A Developer are individually referred to herein as an “Owner” or “Party” and collectively as the “Owners” or “Parties”.
