This Agreement (“M&I Firming Agreement”) is made between the Arizona Water Banking Authority, an agency of the State of Arizona (“AWBA”) and <Full Name> (“<Subcontractor>”), a municipal and industrial (“M&I”) subcontractor of the Central Arizona Water Conservation District (“CAWCD"). <Subcontractor> and AWBA are sometimes each referred to in this M&I Firming Agreement as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
