THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 19th day of January 2021 between THE STATES OF GUERNSEY acting on behalf of themselves, THE STATES OF ALDERNEY and THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK (hereinafter referred to as “the States of Guernsey”) and the MOTOR INSURERS’ BUREAU (hereinafter referred to as “MIB”), whose registered office is for the time being at Linford Wood House, 6-12 Capital Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6XT.
