Sections I through XII of this document (collectively, “SPA Additional Terms”) are incorporated into, and made a part of, the microchipDIRECT Software Provider Agreement between Provider and Microchip (“SPA”). The paragraphs, sections, and Exhibits referenced in this document by their titles, or in numerical or alphabetical form, are all part of the SPA Additional Terms unless expressly indicated otherwise in this document.
