This Microsoft BizSpark Program Agreement, including terms incorporated into it by reference is an agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Microsoft Corporation or based on where your principal place of business is located, one of its affiliates. “Microsoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Microsoft Corporation and its affiliates, as appropriate. You may also look up the Microsoft affiliate serving your country (www.microsoft.com/worldwide). Please read this Agreement carefully. It governs your access to and participation in the Microsoft BizSpark Program (“Program”), including access to and use of benefits described under Section 4 that you may receive through the Program (“Program Benefits”), unless other terms accompany certain Program Benefits, in which case those terms apply.
