Your use of the Office 365 Consumer Subscription service and software is governed by the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Services Agreement you agreed to when you signed up for a Microsoft Account (formerly known as Windows Live ID) and the terms and conditions of this Supplement, which with other terms contained in web links listed in this Supplement are an agreement between you and Microsoft Corporation (or, based on where you live, one of its affiliates).
