The Parties agree to cooperate to facilitate broad and liberal leaves for operations and training military leave for workers who serve as members of the Canadian Forces Reserves, in accordance with provincial and federal law and the “Declaration of Support for the Reserve Forces” signed by the Canadian Office of the Building and Con- struction Trades Department and the National Construction Labour Relations Alliance, dated May 12, 2010.
