(“Effective Date”), the United States Soccer Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation”), a non-profit corporation registered in Washington, D.C., agrees to award the Funding (“Funding”) to the City of Raleigh, through its Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department, (“Recipient” or “City”) FY22-724, and Recipient accepts such Funding, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
