This Minimum Volume Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 20 , between CenterPoint Energy, a Minnesota corporation (“CenterPoint Energy”) 505 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55459-0038, and , (the “Customer”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Customer owns the property located at (the “Project”) and desires to have natural gas service installed. CenterPoint Energy is a natural gas public utility and desires to serve the Project.
