THIS MINING CLAIMS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) has been made and entered into as of this 10th day of September, 2007, between DEREK IVANY, VICTOR CANTORE, and ANNA GIGLIO, as sellers (each individually a “Seller” and all collectively the “Sellers”), and IVANY MINING, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Purchaser”). The Sellers and Purchaser are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
