This agreement is entered into by and between Independent School District No. 38, Red Lake, MN hereinafter referred to as the District, and the Minnesota School Employees Association, hereinafter referred to as the exclusive representative to provide the terms and conditions of employment for Red Lake Food Service, Custodians, Drivers, Secretaries, Mail/Freight, Health & Safety, Mechanics, Community Relations, Security Guards and Paraprofessionals during the duration of this Agreement.
