The purpose of this agreement is to establish terms, conditions, and limitations on the use of data on programs offered through to allow for data evaluation and continuing dialogue to help improve data collection and reporting processes at to create and maintain an inventory of early childhood programs, and aid in the development of a data collection system for early childhood programs that measures child outcomes, and further statewide goals of generating information relevant to improving graduation rates, increasing enrollment, aligning academic standards of high schools and community colleges with college- and career-ready expectations, and increasing the number of students who successfully gain employment after graduation.
