Contract Type FiledFebruary 20th, 2013As part of the development of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Regional General Permit SAJ-86 (SAJ-2004-1861)(RGP) and Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Ecosystem Management Agreement (EMA), the St. Joe Company elected to establish two mitigation banks to serve different basins within the RGP/EMA area. Both Federal and State agencies participated in the review of both the RGP/EMA and the mitigation banks as a Mitigation Bank Review Team (MBRT). The Breakfast Point Mitigation Bank (BPMB) will serve the Breakfast Point basin within the RGP/EMA. Authorizations for mitigation banks follow slightly different procedures and formats for the respective state and federal approvals. However, the actual activities, conditions and expected results are substantively the same. Contract Type FiledApril 1st, 2015This Mitigation Bank Instrument (MBI), which describes the establishment, use, operation, maintenance and long-term management of the Greenhill Mitigation Bank (herein after, Bank) is an agreement made and entered into by and among the Oregon Department of Transportation (Sponsor), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (Corps) and the Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) have participated in reviewing this document for compliance with their respective agency policies, all herein also referred to individually or collectively as “Agency” or “Agencies” .
